We have another 2 weeks on this social housing 5 bed project. Moving along very nicely. 2 weeks in and hopefully in another 2 weeks we pass all inspections. Then we will have a 7 plus 3 year govt backed contract with no voids, no management and no maintenance ( only if structural). This property will net us £17,680. There will be council tax, no utilities, just a monthly bacs monthly that arrives like clockwork. Seems interesting? Contact me for more information.
