2021 Housing Bubble? – How to Invest Wisely

Maybe there is a bubble and maybe there isn’t. Areas in which we are buying ie…The North East of England prices have just now taken out 2008 highs which was a bubble. However we are buying properties for social Housing that we plan on holding for a minimum of 10 years and even 20 years. We want to collect rents and eventually there will be a recovery if we have the so called housing crash. All the meantime we are collecting in excess of 10k per year NET on each HMO and 6-8K on every buy to let which are on long term govt backed contracts.

Where else would we put our money? In the bank? Which is safer? 100 year old terraced houses or banks which can blow up like Northern Rock did in 2008. We are being paid to wait handsomely.

I do not care if there is a bubble or not!
