Currently I am in the midst of doing 4 refurbs for social housing providers. It is a total of 21 rooms. Hopefully will be having 2 properties signed off in the next week latest. Plus I will be purchasing another social housing property. Actually this will be a semi in a good area of Manchester. My yields might be a bit less but semis are in short supply especially in Manchester.
After this upcoming purchase we will take a short break and get ready for 2023. We have 6 properties in legals to purchase and keep on moving.
Upon signoff will have a 7 plus 3 year govt backed contract.
I take a long-term approach. I do not care what the property market does. It is very difficult to get these properties approved. Always looking for like minded investors.
