I have 5 Social HMO projects going on at the moment. Hoping to have 2 of them pass all the inspections by this Friday. Need the carpets, blinds and furniture. These builders are motivated as once they finish this project we have 2 more properties for them to refurbish. All in about 6 weeks of works on this 5 Bed Social HMO.
