Investing is very tough. In 2017 the smartest investors such as Elon Musk and Peter Thiel invested in PayPal. The share price was over 300 dollars. Today it is approx. 58 dollars. Massive loss for those investors. Compare this to one of our investors from Saudi Arabia. He bought 10 social housing projects from us in Salford Manchester. He was making £120000 in rents with no tenant interaction. No voids…no maintenance. He sold these 10 properties and picked up £30000 on each property.
