Before and After Pictures of 4 Bed Social Buy to Let

Many new investors think they can buy a property at auction and immediately tenant the property. They have no idea how much money goes into the property. This is why I have put before and after pictures and video. These properties are further increased in value due to the contract value of 5 years or 10 years with no voids, no management or no maintenance. Compare this now to a typical buy to let or HMO room in which 25% of the cases you might not get rent or have a remedy within a year. Can you imagine having a tenant not pay for 1 year. This is the new reality for buy to let landlords. This is why social housing is becoming more of a must have asset class.
