We just conveyed on this terraced house that we will convert into a new updated Social Housing Property. This property will be on a 5 year lease…no voids…no management…and maintenance included. This is a new area in which we are looking to build up a portfolio. Ideally we are looking to refurbish, tenant have cash flow and once we have a good number of these social properties will look to sell as a portfolio to a large investor.
