Curb Appeal & Kitchens Sell Houses To Both Investors and Homebuyers

Love at first sight.  It rarely happens. However in property investments with curb appeal & great kitchens & bathrooms love can be nurished. Add in the fact good investment yield love at first sign ( calculation) can be acheived.

If the potential buyer/investor doesn’t fall in love with your house when they pull onto the street of your property then chances are they won’t buy it. Likewise, if the kitchen, where a family spends 90% of their time, is ugly then forget about getting an offer. Again, I reiterate if you are flipping a property….or tenanting a property to flip…All the same applies. Curb appeals sells and tenants properties.

Investors love city centre flats ( with all the low yields and high ground rents). They are buying curb appeal.
