The team has been hard at work preparing this family house to make it a 5 bed Social HMO. Stud walls, openings, knock throughs, fire doors and casings all coming in. Interlinked alarms and smokes. All to house 5 non related social tenants. We have completed on more than 60 of these properties now. Each one is still always a challenge. At times we feel like a fire man putting out issues. However once passed by all parties these social hmos become a cash cow. Even though was a tremendous amount of work. We are hoping to finish in another 6 weeks worth of works.
