Every property conversion has its own issues. We never know what needs to be until we do a full ripout of the property along with building reg and council inspections. Out of almost 200 properties we have completed on this is the first with framing on the entrance doors. We are hoping another 2 weeks to finish this property. Upon completion we will have a 10 year no voids and no management and maintenance covered unless structural. Great for investors who do not want to deal with tenants. More information
