There is tremendous needs for social HMOs. So much is the need that we just finished this 5 bed HMO and tenants willl be shortly moving in. The reason there is so much demand is that financing is not overly availbable. Banks do not like lending on these types of tenants unfortunately as well as the banks do not like lending on long leases such as these that are 5-10 years. However as investors we love the long leases and no voids or managment. Below are some pictures of this 5 bed HMO we just turned over.
