Finished & Passed Family Social Property
We are running 4 of these social family properties. Never a dull moment. We purchased a property vacant possession, the vendor placed a tenant in right before conveyance. Rather unethical and a breach. All week we have been trying to deal with this on top of everything else. Fire doors in one of our social HMOs has been delayed and hopefully coming to conclusion tomorrow. Every day…every night something. No such thing as problems…just issues that need to be dealt with immediately…
Focus on your good issues and success of the day. For instance this family social House passed and now will be on a 5 year lease…no voids..no management…no maintenance…Just BACS payments. The big issue ( problem?) these areas are closed for future procurement. We have about 20 of these and have 2 signed off and passed…4 under refurbishment and the rest in legals…
