Happy Happy….Another 4 bed social housing Hmo property passed all inspections.. Passed building regs… Fire assessment… Council inspection and social housing provider.
Now 10 years of solid hassle free rental payments! Building the portfolio property by property and in between selling some in order to raise liquidity as banks do not like lending on these due to the long leases. Really not smart as have the best counter party as far as payments.
