I love the color of white at this stage of refurbishment. When I see white.. It means the refurbishment is almost finished and we will have another social housing property either to sell or to keep for the portfolio.We sell social Hmos that are on 5 and 10 year leases in order to buy more and keep more. Banks do not like the long leases and if they lend.. They down value. So ridiculous as one of the best investments we have ever found.
