Joinery works on this 5 Bed Social HMO

The Joiners have been busy the last several days fitting in door casings and skirting for this 5 bed Social HMO. We are under the gun as we are conveying on another 5 bed Social HMO today and splitting up the build teams. This 5 bed is almost finished…need the decorators & painters in after all the plastering…..and the joinery team will jump on the next project once the council inspects and confirms all their requirements. We have worked with this local council and appreciate all their help and guidance.

It is always prudent to work with the council & adhere to all of their wishes & guidelines. This way we build a solid business of Social and Professional HMO properties.
