Lads Working on this 5 bed Social HMO Manchester

The lads want to finish this project before Christmas holiday. They decided on their own to continue working on this 5 bed social HMO. This property will be on a 7 year plus 3 year govt backed contract. We have done more than 150 of them. Each one is always a surprise as we never know what to expect after rip out. Every property has its challenges. However once completed and inspected by the social housing provider, building regs and the council these properties go to bed per say. We have no voids, no management and maintenance is covered unless structural.
