We are hoping to have this Professional HMO 4 Bed Ensuite finished and rented in the next 3 weeks. We recently finished one professional hmo and have pre rented one of the rooms…The key is get renovations completed timely and properties tenanted quickly.
It is always good to know your areas in which to put your HMOs. More so we try to make them very homey and to a high standard. Plumbing is moving along quite nicely as well as the electrics….Fireboarding is moving as well.
Had some nice feedback on the colors we have used in our last HMO project so we are using them again. Blue future walls and a grey touch in the hallway…plus a charcoal grey kitchen…
