Work in progress on this 4 bed social HMO right outside of Manchester. Hoping the lads can finish before Christmas. We specialize in the NW and NE of England in order to achieve the yields we are seeking. Recently we have also experienced tremendous price appreciation in areas in the NE that just a couple years ago prices were still below the 2008 peak. It seems only Hartlepoole is below 2008 peak. Stockton on Tees has appreciated crazily. However I personally feel the best way to protect against inflation is property. Banks do not like the long 5-10 year leases however as property investors we love the long govt backed leases.
