This is another social Hmo moving along. Hopefully will be finished by the end of the week. There are thousands of people in hotels. There is not enough social housing. Banks do not like the 5 and 10 year leases. We mostly keep to build our retirement portfolio. Tough market at the moment. Not a lot of supply and a lot of competition to purchase.
