This set of builders started this social housing project 2 weeks ago. There are 6 tradesmen on site of the property. Since they are moving at such a strong pace we have given them 2 social housing projects at a time. They are motivated and hungry. They realize the quicker they finish the job, they will get another social housing project. This is great for us as we will be collecting on these 2 properties 15,600 net a year with no voids, no management and all maintenance covered unless structural.
