Stud walls going up to create bedrooms. Use the second reception room to create additional rents. As long as rooms meet building regs the housing association is satisfied. Along with a fire assessment we get the properties over the line. I have 6 of these social HMOs going on at the moment. Hopefully to have one finished this week. I have 4 beds…5 beds and 6 beds.
