The owner is in HK and bought the property last year for £XXX (not via ourselves).
It seems they were very unlucky with both the tenants who basically trashed the property and have now vacated and the previous management who have been useless. It appears the property has since been accessed by homeless persons and further damage sustained (see video further below).
They came to us just to see if we could help in any way, so we arranged for the property to be secured, abandonment notices to be posted and local police made aware and the previous tenant’s probation officer has confirmed they do not wish to return or collect any belongings. This is the reason we do social hmos that are managed by a govt backed contract with no voids…no management and maintance covered unless structural.
