Work in progress on this 5 bed social Hmo. We have learned to juggle. Running 9 projects… Various teams of builders on these hmos. Daily and issues every morning and every evening. Builders don’t show up. Get sick. Material shortages.. Brickies disappear. However we continue as we have goals for our families.
