3 Bed HMO Completed Refurbishment 3 Weeks Swinton
We are wrapping up another HMO that will be used for Social housing. This is a 3 bed HMO in Swinton. It will generate 55 £ per room per week. A total yearly return of 8580 £ net. There will no voids…no management…and maintenance is covered up to 5,000 £ per year. It takes us a great deal of time to source these properties that are accepted into this special Home office sponsored social housing project.
Actually this is the hardest part of doing these projects. Most properties are not approved.
We have 5 year contracts and we have been told in some cases that are renewed for several periods of 5 years. If anyone has any questions regarding refurbishment or anything else…please let me know…
