We have another 4 bed ensuite HMO in which we are working on. These pictures are from about 2 1/2 weeks ago. We are nearing the finish of this professional HMO in Walkden. What is good about this location is that it is very near the Walkden town center. This is great for our tenants for ease of shopping. Bottom line…Location…Location…Location….
As usual we do a full renovation. We want our HMOs to stand out. Standing out means higher rents and tenants stay longer..
