You do not have to believe me for all the millions of times I have spoken out against HMO sourcers….just saw this post on Facebook…Actually this gent contacted us…but thought it was better to do it on his own….he would make more more……Actually it seems more aggravation….
Unfortunately I have decided to take a agent/ Property sourcer/ deal packager (or whatever they like to call themselves) to court over a deal that never came off and a deposit that has not been returned. Obviously there are a few more details which I won’t go into on Facebook but are there and litigation lawyers out there who would want to take this on/ give me advice etc.
