We are keeping to schedule. Another week or so of decorating and cleaning up. We had showings to potential tenants and the first viewing fell in love with the bathrooms as well as the breakfast bar in the kitchen. They are moving in Sept 14th and paying a monthly rent of 575. It is a working couple with children. We are shooting to convey to our armchair investor Sept 24th with a ready made Buy to Let that is tenanted.
