Can lead to the question, is a Buy to let Investment Bubble is brewing. The question is it 2008 all over again with banks over lending? The boom in buy-to-let lending, which has prompted the Bank of England to warn of a risk to stability. In my opinion if one purchases buy to let investment property below market value and does not over leverage themselves, they have made a prudent investment. We all know there is a housing shortage. More so buying below market value creates instant equity.
