Our project in which we refurbished a house in Warrington was completed last week & tenanted. The property generates slightly under 8% for the investor. The investor was provided a complete armchair investment. The property will be managed by a local agent in which we have had experience with other properties. This property was a unique situation as most of our refurbishment projects are HMOs in which we tenant them to the UK Govt appointed director for a particular and unique type of social housing.
