Creating Profits by Creating Rooms in HMOs

 

We create additional profits for ourselves and our investors who purchase our HMOs by converting reception rooms into rooms. You can see in these pictures how the room is studded. Every room generates depending on location between an additional 50 -55 per week net. This adds up and becomes a profit center. We put in fire doors and interlink fire alarms. We do full refurbs to light refurbs. The best part of this is once the project is finished….it is inspected and we rent to the North West director for a niche of social housing . We keep some of the properties and sell some to add to our cash flow in order to buy more for ourselves. The properties are net with no voids…no headaches with management…and virtually no maintenance.
