The entire concept we attempt to do is to create value for ourselves and our investors. This semi outside of Manchester is a good example of this. We added an extension to the semi. We entered a 7 plus 3 year Govt backed contract for social housing with no voids, no management and no maintenance as long as no structural issues ( however they will not accept a property which has structural issues). We feel that Semis around Manchester are safer than money in the bank. There is a tremendous need for rentals, social housing and even for families to own. Front gardens, back gardens and driveways. We invested in these semis as we are being paid to wait for price appreciation while we are earning a high rate of return on rents. One of the other fantastic attributes no interaction ( drama, late pays) with tenants.
