You can get started with just you. Now you could add employees if you want to, but you don’t need to. Number seven, low up front investment. We’re not talking the hundreds of thousands of dollars required to have a McDonald’s franchise.

You don’t have to travel. You can do it right where you’re at.

You don’t have to be a MBA from an Ivy league school. You don’t have to spend a fortune on education.

I worked with my wife in property for decades….Now it is her business with our children. Our property business is in Manchester and especially Salford doing Professional and Social HMOs. We live in Portugal in the sun. Every day we go to the fish market to buy fresh fish even though the whole 2 mile walk I am on the phone. Yes we are on the phone all day…yes my wife is on the computer paying bills….yet we have freedom as we live in a wonderful country and create high yielding HMO properties. We keep some of these Social Housing HMOs as long term rentals and we sell Professional HMOs that are fully tenanted & Social Housing HMOs in Salford that are tenanted….cash flowing…5 year contracts…no voids…no management…and maintenance is covered up to 5,000 per year. We do not like leverage and use a sell to keep in order to compound money.
