HMO Project Pendlebury Manchester Getting Ready to Tenant
This Friday we are hoping finishing one of our latest projects on Elizabeth Street in Pendlebury Manchester. We have a combination of en suites and double rooms. This professional HMO is systematized and organized like our other HMOs we have worked on with our JV partners. Our Estate agent has started showings and hopefully we will be fully tenanted in the next week or so. The important issue to always consider with HMOs in Manchester is accessibility to transportation…buses…trams or even the train. As this project is finishing we have 2 other projects going on. One of the professional HMOs is in a great area of Manchester, Worsley and very close to the trains as well as a Social housing HMO not that far away. We have been busy seeking other properties to turn into HMOs. We have 2 viewings set for tomorrow…constantly moving and trying to make progress for ourselves and our JV partners….
