Importance of Having Quality Builders, Plumbers and Roofers in Social Housing

We have been using the same building teams since 2014. That goes to show you about the quality of people we work with. They all look long term with us and count us to provide them work and to pay them on time. The key of retaining good workers is immediate payment. There are those builders who think they out grow us and try to do projects on their own. However we have seen them run out of money or their subbies do inferior works. We have been working with our JV partner also since 2014. It seems we just all clicked. I worked with him and now my husband is working with all of us.

The bottom line I have found in building and refurbishment business since 1994 is building a quality group of tradesmen and keeping them busy and pay immediately.
