Depending on area, there exists much competition in renting a HMO. In Salford for example there are more than 141 rooms available in spareroom.co.uk. So how do you make your HMO more rental and more valuable?

I am sure everyone has an opinion, however we make our HMO properties more rental and valuable both by finishing the property to a high standard as well as what we do to stand out is make an open plan kitchen and salon. We create open areas in which our tenants can cook together and watch TV together. As in a family, a place for social gathering. Yes it costs a great deal of money to create an open plan HMO but we feel it is worth it.We are finishing a HMO in Pendlebury next week. In the below, you can see some pictures.
