Most people are not working. However our lads are working today till 3pm. We have 5 projects that are under refurbishment and 9 in legals almost ready to start for the New Year. For all of those pundits who thought the market would crash or slow up due to interest rates are wrong, so far. Just like during Covid we were cranking on, albeit a bit slower. We had investors looking for crazy returns like 20% Net. We had buyers back out, however in retrospect they made a mistake. Prices increased dramatically. The take away is dont try to time the market. Invest, have positive cash flow and keep on moving.
