We just conveyed on this 5 bed Social Housing HMO in Manchester. Hopefully by the second week in Jan 2018 we will have another HMO property cash flowing approx 14,950 net a year. Some of our builders are taking 2 weeks off….This group of hungry builders will take off only several days in order that we can supply another Social Housing HMO to our Corporate client.
