We have 4 projects going on …with more than the typical issues to deal with. One of my colleagues is on holiday till Monday….Have to bring in power from Electricity North West to a 6 bed Professional HMO….plus an extension on a kitchen to build out on a Social Housing HMO Property. Builders are very busy and have not had a chance to move from my desk.

One gent wanted a 6 bed En suite in Salford in which he though he could be all for …including refurbishment….for 80,000. I sure he went to a great property course to get this number. The issue I told him was that he could not purchase a property anywhere even near this amount….We are pushing through as we have estate agents breathing down our necks to convey on more properties in the coming week. Plus we are selling to an investor from China a Professional HMO early next week. Alot of juggling…but all good.
