Placing YouTube Videos on Spareroom for Professional HMOs
Wanted to share an idea my JV partner did yesterday. We just finished this professional HMO in Salford. In order to systemize and maximize everyone’s time, he thought to include a youtube video showing all the rooms on this brand new refurbished professional HMO. This Professional HMO is a 4 bed ensuite. What is really cool, within 1 hour of the add going up in Spareroom he has 2 viewings lined up for Saturday. It gives potential tenants a good idea of the quality of the property as well as saves us on time with viewings.
