Professional HMO Salford Progress
We have 2 Professional HMOs on the go currently…We are hoping to convey on another one later in the week. We are in the process of selling 3 Professional HMOs….this way we are replacing what we sell…Plus we have a Social housing HMO going on. This one I am keeping with my family. We roll our profits into these as they have no voids…no management…and maintenance covered up to 5,000 per year. Made an offer on a 2 Social HMOs with a total of 25 rooms. My offer is solely based on income and then will check the structural of the property. It was a big amount of money…will see if offer accepted.
