We are working on several HMOs currently both Professional HMO which we are starting today and hopefully deliver in about 6 weeks. The professional HMO will be a 4 bed en suite in Eccles near the town center. We are expecting to rent the en suites for 120-125 per week. This property will have 5 lads working on it. We want to get it finished ASAP as we have another Professional HMO ready to convey in about 2 weeks. This way the ripout….rewiring …can be completed and they move to the next Professional HMO we have not too far away in Salford. Parallel to this we have a Social Housing HMO that as sure as always needs additional work. We need to spend money on the roof that we expected…However we always over budget for unknowns. This social housing HMO should be ready in about 3-4 weeks. We had to bring it back to the brick in many places. It is in a great area of Salford…nice and quiet…and a great long term hold for our family.
