Try getting something done in August? August is like December….go find anyone. Solicitors are on holiday….builders coming and going. Even my JV colleague went on holiday for 10 days.
Through all of this we have 4 HMO property projects going on. We are hopefully finishing one Professional HMO in Eccles in the next two weeks….The Social housing HMO is moving along nicely and we have a very unique 6 bed Social Housing HMO which when finished will be on a 5 year contract …no voids…no maintenance generating close to £18,000 net.
Even with all the disruptions and fun in August last week we conveyed on a 4 bed social housing HMO investor from London and we exchanged on a 5 bed ensuite professional HMO to a lovely couple from Hong Kong who wanted to get into the Manchester high yielding HMO property market. We will be conveying on the 18th of the month.
