Taking Action with Property Investments Commercial to Residential

Ever heard the slogan…Just do it? As in many instances it is easier not to take action. Taking action means commitment…Taking action means overcoming fear. Myself and my JV partners are always trying to push ourselves to exit the proverbial comfort zone. We have been looking at two rather large conversion projects. We did the due diligence and learned the council would not support the plan as they wanted jobs as a pose to housing. However on another project, another council is thrilled with our initial plans. To some it might not be a big project…however for me it is. We are looking to take down a building and in its place put up 12 flats. Our London based architect came up and discussed with the council and addressed their concerns as it is a conservation area. Now we are working on the QS as we want to try to mitigate any surprises.
