Talk about a rip out. We bought this property 2 days ago and the lads are out on site stripping it out. The lads are busy with EVERYTHING. We are hoping that this project will be completed in 5 weeks and on to the next. Soon to be ready with the joiners to build out the rooms on this social HMO. This will be a 4 bed on a 7 plus 3 year govt backed contract with no voids, no management and maintenance covered unless structural. I am hoping to have 2 properties pass inspections as I purchased several this week. It is important to keep the cash flow going. Sometimes feel like a juggler with all the issues that come up with these properties.
