We have another Two Weeks More on Another Guaranteed Rent HMO. Currently we have 4 of these HMO conversions under refurbishment. We have 2 teams and have just taken on another team for a project we are starting Monday. With these type of Social housing HMOs we are able to compound money, focus our time, mitigate management and mostly avoid voids. On average we get paid 55 per week. This translates to 11,400 per year per house. Most of these we keep in order to grow our portfolio but we do sell some in order to lower our leverage. We have started to offer these also on a crowdfunding site called Crowdlords.com.
