Passive real estate investing is more than just collecting rents. Passive real estate means being able and available for capital appreciation. Every real estate investor has different goals and a different path. No one’s really to say what is and isn’t the right or wrong way to do it. However with passive real estate you build your future.

The key is to buy right and have the property managed correctly or you will fail.

We look to buy right and maximize our profits.

Our properties are two fold types of HMOs.

For our professional HMOs we outsource to a young and motivated company of estate agents to tenant and manage. This frees us up to find more deals for ourselves and JV partners. Parallel to this we create social housing HMOs which are on 5 year contracts with no management and no voids. We sell some of both of these in order to lower our leverage and let us grow conservatively with our passive real estate portfolios.

We are not landlords nor are our JV partners.

We are investors looking to compound money in an uncertain world.

Many real estate investors already have a day job. They enter real estate either as a JV partner or find their own deals ( if they truly have the time) for their security in retirement. More so they JV or do real estate deals in order that they can quit their jobs early. So should you with passive real estate. If you have a fulfilling career and day job being an armchair investor might be the direction in today’s volatile stock market and investment world. I can tell you first hand of all the adventures we have in refurbishing properties. Every day it is a new challenge. I think in life, everything is focus. We focus on managing our refurbishments, finding “Great JV partners” and sourcing deals.
